Our renovation process starts first with an understanding of you, your lifestyle, your budget and the way you use your kitchen space.
We ask all the right questions to gain the information we need and deliver the best result, ensuring an enjoyable environment for many years to come.
The Process:
We have a large range of clientele, all with differing needs based on the renovation being undertaken.
Many of our builders require us to simply design, manufacture and install their cabinetry, however, a large portion of our clients are homeowners, seeking to transform their homes.
Inline Cabinetry can take care of your project from demolition to handover, supported by the trusted trades we procure for all our jobs.
Our talented design team will use the latest 3D technology to bring your vision to life before your eyes. We then take that vision and build and install your beautiful kitchen, keeping you up to date every step of the way.
As a general guide, our whole process takes 8-10 weeks- from design to handover. We stick to this timeline as strictly as possible – we want you entertaining in your new kitchen as much as you do!
Here’s how it works:
- Design Process using the latest 3D design software
- Colour/material choices in our state-of-the-art showroom
- Check measure and all design choices locked in.
(Now here’s the exciting part!):
- Demolition of existing kitchen (or bathroom/laundry/robes) and disconnection of all services
- Skip bin to site for safe and efficient removal of building materials
- Minor building works to remove/construct walls where required
- Rough in (plumber and electrician to move services based on new floorplan)
- Cabinetry delivery
- Cabinetry installation
- Stone Tops/Splashbacks will be measured by our stone manufacturer once the cabinetry has been installed. The stone tops then usually take around 2-3 weeks to be installed.
- Electrical and plumbing reconnection
- Plastering/splashback installation
The Preparation:
We understand that, as with most exciting changes, there is a sense of urgency and impatience to see the finished result. We always try to ensure that the process is completed as swiftly as possible, however, these things do take time.
In order to prepare for installation day, we recommend that you remove anything from the space that you do not want covered in dust (dust is unavoidable, but the cleaning can be minimised with forward planning).
We also recommend you have a plan for meals for the day/s that your kitchen will be out of action. There will be a small window of time where your kitchen will be unavailable for use!
We also recommend that if you are using your own tradespeople, they are in the loop on installation dates to avoid wasted time or postponements.
Most of all, we want you to be at ease as we install your cabinetry. We encourage questions and pride ourselves on great communication.
