Carcass construction
Every Inline kitchen carcass is built from high moisture resistance (HMR) board with edge banding on every visible edge. HMR matters most under sinks and dishwashers, where standard particleboard swells and fails when exposed to long-term humidity. We use 16mm board for structural and back panels — thinner backing is common in cheap flatpack, but it compromises long-term squareness and strength. Translation: your cabinets stay square, solid and looking new for far longer.

Most clients land on a hybrid — 2-pac on the doors and drawer fronts you actually see, laminate on the internal cabinetry and end panels. You keep the premium look where it counts and save 15–25% versus an all-2-pac kitchen.

Every kitchen we build runs on Blum soft-close hinges and drawer runners as standard. Blum hardware carries a manufacturer’s lifetime warranty — they replace failed parts indefinitely — which is exactly why we specify it on every project instead of cheaper substitutes that wear out and rattle.

Consultation 60–90 minutes, free
Showroom or in-home. We talk through your space, how you cook, your storage needs and an indicative budget. No obligation, no hard sell.
Design & 3D render 1–2 weeks
Our in-house design team produces detailed plans and a full 3D render, so you can see your kitchen before a single cabinet is built. We iterate until you’re genuinely confident.
Contract & check measure 1 week
A Victorian standard major domestic building contract for projects over $10,000, with a 5% deposit cap protected under Victorian law. Final measurements are taken on-site so nothing is left to chance.
Cabinet manufacture 6–10 weeks
Every cabinet is built specifically for your kitchen at our Bayswater workshop — with no disruption to your home during this stage.
Installation & handover 2–4 weeks on-site
Demolition, rough-in, install, benchtop fabrication, splashback, second-fix trades, appliance fit-off, clean-up and a final walkthrough.
